I am a former executive of a national medical college and own a medical tourism company (LLC) in San Diego/LA and am seeking a Spanish speaking business partner who will act as Sales Manager and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), preferably with customer service experience. Experience in the medical field is preferred but not required.
This is a startup and as a managing business partner, your salary is directly related to your sales work so this is considered commission-only based employment/self-employment. This operation has a large cash flow and a fast ROI if you choose to invest (financial investment is not required but sweat equity is). Although a financial investment is not required, investing managing partners with 4 figures available are being sought first. Terms are negotiable.
The perfect candidate should either be financially independent or willing to work part time into full time while maintaining other sources of income in the short term. You must be able to legally cross the border (both directions) but the majority of your work will be remote/home based so your primary country of residence is irrelevant.
