The primary responsibility of this role will be overseeing and managing the overall operations of the company, contributing to its growth and success.
Candidate Requirements:
Bilingual (fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred).
Proven administrative and management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
Ability to lead teams and coordinate various departments within the company.
Expertise in evaluating, implementing, and improving operational processes.
Willingness to accept a probationary position for a determined period, during which the position’s effectiveness and profitability will be assessed.
Probationary Period:
The selected candidate will begin with a provisional contract, which will be evaluated over a period of 3 month During this time, performance and results will be measured to determine whether the position is sustainable and profitable in the long term.
