We are seeking an Operations and Marketing Coordinator to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth administrative processes, and promote the school through thoughtful marketing strategies. This role requires a detail-oriented, creative, and mission-driven individual passionate about supporting education in a faith-based environment.
Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Oversee school scheduling, events, and communications with families, staff, and vendors.
Assist in enrollment processes, including tours, inquiries, and application coordination.
Maintain records, compliance documents, and licensing requirements (e.g., child safety policies).
Coordinate with faculty to ensure smooth implementation of classroom and extracurricular activities.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and supply procurement for school activities.
Marketing & Communications
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the school’s mission, programs, and events.
Manage the school’s website, social media accounts, and newsletters.
Create engaging content (photos, videos, graphics) to showcase the school’s activities and culture.
Organize community outreach events and campaigns to attract prospective families.
Monitor enrollment trends and use data to refine marketing efforts.
Collaborate with leadership to design brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Previous experience in operations, marketing, or administrative roles (preferably in an educational setting).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
Experience with basic graphic design tools and website management is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
Familiarity with Montessori education and/or Christian faith-based environments is highly preferred.
