Service Manager

Industry leading and family owned business, Mission Pools of Escondido, is hiring for the Service Department Manager to help continue provide San Diego with the top level customer service experience they expect from a numerously acclaimed Pool and Spa News Top 50 North American Builder.

Job description:

The Service Manager is responsible for assisting with the team that performs weekly customer maintenance as well as repairs for residents throughout San Diego county. This position handles all incoming calls from both existing and new customers that need assistance with startup questions, repair issues, or interests in weekly service maintenance. As these calls can turn into site visits, organization and time management are essential for scheduling the different crews efficiently throughout San Diego county. Mission Pools will provide estimates to all customers prior to performing any repair, so working alongside other department leads to formulate bids is an essential task for the success of the Service department. Finally, record keeping of chemical levels for our weekly service customers in our personalized database is a part of the expected duties for this position.

Requirements:

-Strong Communication Skills

-Customer Service Experience

-Personal Organization and Time Management Skills

-Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Preferred Experience:

-One to Two Years in the Pool Industry

-Basic Understanding of Pool Equipment

Compensation Range:

$20-$25/hr depending on experience

Hours are Monday through Friday 6:30am-3:30pm at the Escondido office. Benefits include 401K, medical, dental, life insurance, vacation pay, and holiday pay.
