Job Summary:
The Lot Porter plays a vital role in maintaining the appearance of the dealership and ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll be responsible for managing the flow of vehicles, assisting the sales and service teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot, including arranging and displaying vehicles.
2. Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer test drives or delivery.
3. Move and park cars safely on the lot and during customer interactions.
4. Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to management.
5. Assist with vehicle deliveries, including washing, vacuuming, and preparing cars for handover to customers.
6. Support the service and sales departments by retrieving and delivering vehicles as needed.
7. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.
Qualifications:
1. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
2. Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions.
3. Must be 18 years or older.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
6. Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team setting.
