What we are seeking:
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Agent to join our Mobile Home Division. Our ideal candidate will be an individual who has 1+ years’ experience in customer service and is a detail oriented, individual that possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. This agent should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment. Further, our candidate will demonstrate exceptional time management skills, ability to work independently, and prioritize all facets of the workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
· Collaborate effectively with team members in a close-knit environment.
· Maintain organized records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
· Adhere to business office attire standards.
· Assist with the inspection of communities
Qualifications:
· Knowledgeable in Mobile Home Residency Law (MRL) a plus
· Good communication skills, verbal and written.
· Ability to work with others in a close environment.
· Knowledge of office equipment.
· Knowledgeable in Excel and spreadsheets.
· Attention to detail
· Customer service skills.
· Good organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be physically able to climb stairs.
· 40+ work hours per week
