Responsible for the scheduling of the field staff. Communicating with insurance adjusters, clients and other contractors. Skillfully evaluates each customers call for their severity, needs or concerns and couples them with the appropriate field staff. Keeping a watchful eye on the GPS tracking system and is always aware of the location of each field staff member. As priorities quickly change, so does the scheduling. All the meanwhile, writing project reports and estimates. Previous work related experience is a plus.
The necessary smooth handling of the daily tasks requires accuracy and a detailed transfer of information while understanding there is little time to do so. Must play well with others.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must have plumbing or service industry experience
Must possess superior computer skills and experience.
Working knowledge of standard office equipment and programs.
Handle multi line phone system while entering data.
Excellent English writing and verbal skills.
Systematically and diligently work to meet department and company goals.
Able to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
Able to maintain an effective working relationship with employees, customers and industry partners.
Represent the company at all times with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
Open to working overtime, nights and weekends as needed on short notice.
Pass a drug and background screening.
Preferred Qualities:
Bachelor's degree recipients will be considered first.
A working knowledge of Xactimate and QuickBooks software.
Bilingual helpful.
50+ wpm proficient typing skills. We check.
Must have dependable transportation and be prompt.
