Dispatcher/Office Administrator. Maintains the organization and works closely with the Office Director and Accountants. Dispatchers handle calls from a variety of customers.
Specific Responsibilities:
Handle incoming dispatch calls and set up appointments.
Email communications between customers, employees, and management.
Maintain records with attention to class and job accounting.
Completing projects and duties as assigned.
Learning existing and new software.
Required Qualifications:
Phone communication skills.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office, Word, Excel, and Google.
Service Titan CRM experience is a plus
Ability to maintain accurate and organized records.
Successful experience handling multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
