We’re looking for entry-level Customer Service Representatives to join our busy office environment. While not a traditional call center, this position involves handling a high volume of inbound calls each day in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
Coordinate with technicians for dispatch and follow-ups
Process customer payments accurately and securely
Provide professional support and clear communication to customers
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
