Banning and Son Inc, a San Diego Construction company specializing in Home Remodeling and Public Works is looking for an Estimator. If you have been working in the field and are ready to move into a new position, this opportunity might be for you.
In this position you will meet with potential customers, write up estimates and assist customers with their remodeling ideas to assist them in creating their vision for their project.
The ideal candidate for this position would have hands on experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general construction experience.
Qualifications
Three years working in the field with general knowledge of residential construction.
Computer literate, knowledge of Quickbooks, Google Suites and Houzz a plus.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Good writing skills and detail oriented.
Strong work ethic and integrity.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be a team player.
Must have a valid driver's license and clean DMV record.
