We are hiring for Livescan Fingerprint Technician/roller. The hours available are Monday through Wednesday 8:30am to 3:30-4:30pm. Thursdays 12pm to 3:30-4:30 pm.
Primary duties will be Live Scanning and fingerprinting for State and Federal purposes.
Employees will be processed to receive the required certification from State and Federal agencies and be given full training to be able to perform the required duties. Other duties will include greeting clients, answering phone calls, take passport photos and providing excellent customer service.
Summary of essential job functions
Complete and process all paperwork in a detailed manner, with the priority still being the in office and phone call customers in a helpful manner. Fingerprint walk in customers and assist walk-in training customers.
Heavy phones –primarily answering incoming calls and handling or transferring when applicable. Many phone calls are questions or reserving class appointments for students
Process online orders and POS system.
Contact and schedule new work order students, and students listed in the pending or no show folders.
Ensure student reminder calls are completed on a daily basis.
Liaison with BSIS regarding licensing issues.
Professional conduct shall be observed at all times.
Work and assist other Instructors as needed in the spirit of teamwork to resolve any classroom issues to their completion.
Report liability situations to appropriate personnel/management in a timely manner.
Work with and train co-workers as a team to ensure success.

LiveScan/Fingerprint Certification preferred
