Job Title: Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with occasional Saturdays)

If you enjoy solving problems, coordinating logistics, and providing top-notch customer service, this is the perfect role for you. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and schedule appliance repair appointments.
- Coordinate service calls with technicians to ensure on-time arrivals and efficient service.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of service requests and dispatches.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with scheduling software is a plus.
- Bilingual (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in customer service or dispatching is a plus.
- Reliability and punctuality are a must—consistent attendance is key to this role.
