Currently have an active California insurance license to sell Personal, Commercial, and or Life Insurance
Have worked at least one year as an insurance agent
Speak and write in English and Spanish
Can work well with others and is motivated to share, learn, and grow within the company.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer service requests from customers.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Requirements
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is Required.
ONE YEAR INSURANCE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
Must be able to work a 9:30AM-6:30PM Shift
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Career-minded vision.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
