We are currently looking for an experienced Leasing Agent to join our team.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provide information about the apartments and the community to prospective residents
Schedule site visits and showings
Close new deals and rent out apartments
Explain all lease and community policies to new and current residents
Support marketing efforts; provide suggestions regarding promotions and advertisements
Accurately prepares and assists with all leasing documentation
Completes follow-up thank you notes and call-backs with prospects after the initial visit
Maintains good customer service and relations
Adheres to Fair Housing Policies
Qualifications:
While Leasing or Property Management experience is preferred. The company does provide training and will consider all applicants.
Legally able to work in the United States
High school diploma required.
Job Type: Part-time/Temporary
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
