What We Need From You:
High school diploma or GED.
Great communication skills—talking and writing clearly.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and willing to learn new software.
A team player who’s organized and can stay cool under pressure.
Positive attitude and enthusiasm to help customers.
Ability to adapt as things change and work with different teams.
