Ace Self Storage is a progressive, family-owned self-storage company that has been in business for over 30 years. The company is comprised of multiple self-storage locations in California and Nevada. As a store manager, you will join a great team of professionals. We are looking for employees that are dependable, good communicators and passionate about keeping their facility in the best possible condition.
Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Excellent Customer service
Self-starter that can work effectively with minimal supervision
Effective communication skills
Process payments
Answer rental inquiries, in-person, by phone and email
Provide tours of the facility
Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork for new rentals
Daily follow-up with potential renters
Maintain highest standards of a clean facility
Process daily deposits
Manage staff
Requirements:
Valid drivers license and transportation
Effective communication skills
Strong computer skills
Customer service experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
