The Template Artist Cafe, a 501(c)(3) non-profit community space, is looking for a skilled and passionate barista to join our team! We’re more than just a cafe—we’re a hub for artists, musicians, and creatives in Ocean Beach, dedicated to fostering community connections through art, performance, culture and coffee.

What We’re Looking For:
☕ Experience: At least 1 year of barista experience in a fast-paced environment ☕ Skills: Strong espresso-making skills, latte art, and knowledge of specialty coffee ☕ Personality: Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented with great customer service ☕ Work Ethic: Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
☕ Flexible Schedule: Morning, afternoon and evening shifts available. 11-25 hrs to start. Must be available for 1 weekend shift a month minimum.
