The Dinghy Doctor, San Diego's largest inflatable boat dealer is looking to add to our close knit team.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Boating/outboard engine experience.
Computer literacy.
Customer Service skills: in person and on the phone.
Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to lift at least 30lbs.
Job duties will include:
Look up parts schematics.
Provide exceptional customer service to customers with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Handle any customer services issues to customer's full satisfaction.
Maintain parts inventory and store front.
