Scheduler/Customer Service Representative

Seeking a Scheduler/Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 2 years of work experience. This position is responsible for communicating directly with customers, vendors, suppliers and other team members. This position is also responsible for prioritizing, managing, and organizing the schedules of the Estimators and Technicians. The Scheduler/Customer Service Representative must also be able to provide product information, services, pricing to customers, and sales over the phone and in person. This person must be organized, responsible, reliable and be able to work independently and as part of a team. The Scheduler/Customer Service Representative must have a pleasant telephone demeanor and demonstrate excellent customer service and telephone skills. This person must also be able to multi-task, follow written & verbal instructions and have a willingness to learn & grow with this position.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Managing and organizing schedules and calendars.

Forecast workload 7-10 days out.

Answer product and service questions.

Process orders and prepare correspondence.

Identify and assess customers’ needs and match to the appropriate Technician (based on skill).

Ability to react to constant changes with Customers, Estimators, and Technicians.

Provide accurate and complete information.

Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Follow both written and verbal communication.

Team player with the ability to be flexible and responsive.

Use of computer software and adding machine.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

2 years Scheduler/Customer Service experience.

Knowledge of the Southern California region, city locations, and driving times and distances.

MUST be able to Multi-Task.

Accurately read a measuring tape.

Math skills required – good with fractions, multiplication, and division.

Attention to detail.

Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
