We are seeking a responsible and compassionate Part-Time Childcare Worker to join our team in El Cajon. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with children and committed to ensuring their safety and well-being. Hours range from Monday-Friday 8:30 am-12 Break 12-2 on Monday 2:00-5:00 Tuesday 2:30-6:30 Wed 2:30-5 Thursday 2:30-5:00 pm Friday 2:30-5
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with children in a variety of activities.
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and educational activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area.
Qualifications:
- Must have or be fingerprint ready
- Must have Highschool Diploma
- Previous experience in childcare or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be able to commute to El Cajon for work. Preferably looking for someone who live in the area.
