Job Title: ESL Instructor
We are seeking an experienced ESL Instructor to teach approximately 20 hours per week at our San Diego location.
Responsibilities:
Teach assigned ESL classes using a provided coursebook
Create engaging lesson plans, quizzes, and assessments
Track attendance, participation, and grades
Maintain accurate records and a positive, student-focused classroom environment
Participate in staff meetings and support school activities
Qualifications:
Must be organized, punctual, able to work independently, and enjoy working with people
BA required; MA in TESOL, Linguistics, English, or related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of ESL teaching experience
Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills
Must be able to pass a background check
