SAILING INSTRUCTOR / COACH
Yacht Club based youth sailing program is looking for an experienced sailing instructor and high school team coach. The part-time position is multi-faceted, consisting of weekend group sessions in the fall and spring, occasional private lessons, summer camp and coaching a small high school team.
Candidate must be reliable, energetic, enthusiastic, able to work with minimal supervision and have a congenial personality. Very competitive compensation.
Other requirements:
US Sailing Level 1 instructor certification, or higher.
Current Red Cross First Aid certification.
Current Red Cross CPR certification.
Prior successful experience teaching and coaching youth sailing.
This is an excellent opportunity for a college student or teacher. Part-time during fall and spring. Full-time during our summer camp program.
