Snipes-Dye Associates is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the Civil Engineering field to be a part of our design team and work closely with staff in the preparation of grading plans, improvement plans, accessibility analysis and repair plans, erosion control plans, legal plats, subdivision maps, parcel maps, topographic surveys and many other documents from the entitlement phase through record plans on various project types. The candidate shall also be proficient in project budgets & agreements, drainage studies, stormwater management plans including hydromodification, and construction administration. The selected candidate will work with clients and consultants in the preparation of detailed plans and reports for various projects. This is a “hands-on” design and management position with supporting staff.

Knowledge & Qualifications:
At least 10 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering Field.
Experience and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
Supervisory skills of design and staff.
Manage Clients and project agreements/budgets.
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
San Diego City and County experience is highly preferred.
DSA Experience with school projects is highly desirable.
California PE registration is required.
California LS registration is a plus.
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
