Job Title: Experienced PCB Solder Technician

About the Role: We're seeking a proficient PCB Solder Technician with a strong background in SMT (Surface-Mount Technology), particularly focusing on SMDs (Surface-Mount Devices). This role is critical in our R&D department, demanding precision and expertise in advanced soldering techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
SMT Expertise: Utilize Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) for precise soldering and assembly tasks.
SMD Soldering: Specialize in hand and reflow assembly of Surface-Mount Devices (SMDs), handling components as small as 0201/0402/0603 in size (or similar), including BGA, WL-CSP, QFN, DFN packages, etc.
Component & PCB Board Attachment: Apply epoxy and solder to PCB substrates, with a focus on SMD components. Training provided, but fundamental SMT skills are necessary.
Die Attach & Wire Bonding: Perform intricate die attach and wire bonding using SMT techniques. Training available, but proficiency in SMD soldering is required.
Adaptive Skills: Excel in a fast-paced R&D environment, applying SMT skills to maintain high-quality standards in non-production projects.
Full Product Assembly: Proficient in all stages of product assembly, from initial components to final assembly, not limited to just PCB soldering (training will be provided).
Qualifications:
SMT Experience: 3-5 years of experience in SMT, particularly with SMD soldering.
Certifications: Soldering and PCB assembly certifications (e.g., IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) are a plus.
Manual Skills: Exceptional manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and good vision.
Problem-Solving: Effective at tackling challenges independently and within a team.
Communication: Strong command of English, both in writing and speaking.
Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with using computers for documentation and reporting
