We’re a boutique interior design firm seeking a creative, detail-oriented Operations Intern to assist with the
behind the scenes logistics that keeps our projects running smoothly. This is a paid part-time opportunity ideal
for someone who thrives on organization, process and problem solving - with a passion for interior design!
Responsibilities:
Assist with product procurement processes - place orders, track lead times, confirm deliveries, process
returns, track credits
Support vendor communications, set up trade accounts and maintain vendor relationships
Update vendor database

Requirements: Must be local - no remote applicants
Interest in interior design, marketing, or a related field
Detail oriented - proactive and highly organized
Strong communication skills and profession email etiquette
Comfortable with using Google Drive and spreadsheets and Chat GPT
