Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary IT & Testing resource for medium to large-sized projects.
Create quality plan strategies.
Provide accurate and timely estimates for tasks.
Develop Automation scripts as feasible leveraging existing tools in the project.
Support defect / issue resolution and retesting based on the change control.
Provide support in getting users acceptance / approval working with the business users and other partner teams as needed.
Maintain a log of all open items or issues and proactively problem solve to meet the project schedule on deliverables.
Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in Agile development environments.
Expertise developing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium and Cucumber, with integration to Jenkins and Sauce labs.
Able to understand CI/CD processes and in-sprint automation.
Proven experience writing, executing and monitoring automated test suites using standard & custom tools.
Experience testing GUI applications, web services and/or web applications (backend and frontend).
Experience testing REST services.
Experience in Automation ATDD framework implementation.
Good understanding of multiple test automation frameworks and Dev Ops.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly and solve problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust to meet the needs of the audience. Detail oriented with the ability to work with others during time constraints to meet deadlines.
