Responsibilities and requirements:

  • Participate in daily SCRUM (8am PST).
  • Create quality plan strategies and provide accurate and timely estimates for tasks.
  • Create Automation scripts leveraging existing tools in the project.
  • Support defect / issue resolution and retesting based on the change control.
  • Provide support in getting users acceptance / approval working with the business users and other partner teams as needed.
  • Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in Agile development environments.
  • Expertise in developing automated test scripts using Selenium, with integration to Jenkins.
  • Able to understand CI/CD processes and in-sprint automation.
  • Proven experience writing, executing and monitoring automated test suites using standard & custom tool.
  • Experience testing GUI applications, web services and/or web applications (backend and frontend).
  • Experience testing REST services.
  • Experience in Automation ATDD framework implementation.
  • Good understanding of multiple test automation frameworks and Azure Dev Ops.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly and solve problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust to meet the needs of the audience.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work with others during time constraints to meet deadlines.
  • 2+ years of automated testing experience is required.
