We are looking for a talented architect or architectural designer to assist with various projects. A license is not required, but you must have strong experience in architectural drafting, design, and permitting processes.
Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software
Experience in architectural design and drafting
Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
Ability to create detailed architectural plans and drawings
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Develop architectural drawings and plans
Work with contractors and clients to refine designs
Assist in permit applications and approval processes
Ensure designs meet code requirements and client expectations
