SeeScan is currently looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our engineering team as a Senior Electrical Engineer.
Your Mission
In this position, you will play a key role in the design and verification of electrical systems that power our market-leading pipe inspection and utility locating equipment. You will bring your experience, education, and passion for design and troubleshooting to help us create optimized solutions that make our products work seamlessly. Our ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic design environment.
Responsibilities
Work as a member of a focused team to develop, troubleshoot, validate, and improve analog, digital, and mixed signal circuits and systems.
Collaborate with electrical, software, mechanical, and test/manufacturing engineers to successfully bring a product from conception to market.
Diagnose and repair electronic circuits down to the discrete component level.
Recommend comprehensive upgrades to optimize solutions using cutting edge parts, equipment, and processes.
Advocate for and demonstrate the validity of your designs using mathematical and/or electronic analysis tool suites, such as LTSpice, HyperLynx, Python and/or Matlab.
Spend a significant amount of time in a lab setting, working with various electronics test equipment, e.g., oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer.
Develop test plans and reports.

Independent learner and willing teacher to other engineers.
Preferred Experience
5+ years in an electronic design and test role.
Education
BS in EE, CE, Physics or related required.
