We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Fairmont Grand Del Mar, as our new Laundry Supervisor.ResponsibilitiesThe Laundry Supervisor’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to managing the daily laundry operations, oversees staff, and maintains textile quality and inventory at Fairmont Grand Del Mar.Staff Management: Train, schedule, and evaluate laundry attendants and staff.Operations Oversight: Monitor sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing processes to maintain high standards of all departments and guests that use the Fairmont laundry department.Inventory Control: Track linen supplies, uniforms, and cleaning chemicals, and help with ordering as needed.Equipment Maintenance: Inspect commercial washers and dryers, report breakdowns, and coordinate repairs with the maintenance or engineering team as needed.Safety and Hygiene: Enforce sanitation guidelines, safety rules, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
