This is an onsite job in San Diego, CA.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Play an integral role building a next generation consumer-facing enterprise web application.
- Lead a team of developers focused on both building out new capabilities as well as enhancing existing products within a core platform.
- Play an integral role migrating core platform to AWS cloud and micro services-based containers.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and build requirements across the enterprise portfolio.
- Lead one or multiple development teams of near-shore or local developers.
- Design and prototype enterprise solutions including continuous integration/deployment, performance, security, & code quality (unit/integration tests).
- collaborate with other leads, development teams and management.
- Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve company development capabilities.
- Communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Skills & Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a heavy focus on full-stack enterprise .NET development.
- Experience designing and developing applications leveraging React and/or Angular, developing web services (REST/SOAP), and integrating with vendor APIs.
- 1+ year of experience working in a leadership capacity.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Experience with most or all of the following: .NET framework, C#, Java, JavaScript, MVC, Angular 10, TypeScript, jQuery, SQL Server, RabbitMQ.
- Experience with cloud platforms is highly preferred (AWS preferred).
- Proven ability designing and implementing responsive single-page applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional work ethic, comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and ability to independently manage a workload with multiple priorities.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
