MEP Designer (3-5 yrs)

Come work with a team of professionals dedicated to design excellence at Coffman Engineers’ San Diego office.We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Designer/Drafter with 3 to 5 years of experience to support the electrical and mechanical engineering departments in our San Diego office. The successful candidate will assist in creating drawings and project documents from information provided by engineers using various computer-aided design (CAD) and building information modeling (BIM) platforms such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, have a desire to work and grow in a multidiscipline engineering office, and be willing to have fun.Compensation and Benefits:Expected Hourly Rate: $30.00 to $45.00, depending on education and experience.Paid overtime at 1.5 times hourly rate.Competitive end-of-year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance.Hybrid work schedule (subject to change).401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching with 9% Employee Contribution.
