El Cajon Motel needs Assistant Manager!
We are looking for motivated individual to manage a discount motel in El Cajon. Qualified applicants will have at least 2 years hospitality supervisory experience OR management experience. They would also need the following qualities:
Self-Starter
Trustworthy
Intelligent
Skills that the successful candidate will possess include: Cash-Handling experience, Customer Service experience, Computer-Savvy, Communication Skills, and Employee Development. Bi-Lingual Spanish would be a plus, but not required.
