Little Hidden Bakery is a brand-new bakery opening soon in beautiful Rancho Santa Fe! We’re passionate about creating fresh, high-quality baked goods in a cozy, welcoming environment. We’re looking for talented, detail-oriented individuals to join our team from the ground up and help bring our bakery to life.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, baked goods from scratch
Assist with food prep, including measuring, mixing, and assembling ingredients
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all products
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Previous baking or food prep experience preferred (culinary students/grads welcome!)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude
Passion for baking and creativity is a plus!
