Led by Culinary Director Alex Carballo, Chef de Cuisine Kelston Moore, and General Manager and Wine Director Ricardo Zarate Jr., we pride ourselves on crafting innovative dishes using fresh, local produce. Who You Are:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Barback to join our close-knit team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn about the bar and beverage industry. As a Barback, you will support our bartenders in preparing and serving beverages, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your positive attitude and willingness to learn will be essential as you engage with our talented team and absorb knowledge about innovative cocktails and local ingredients.
While previous experience in a bar or restaurant is a plus, what matters most is your enthusiasm for food and drink and your desire to contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere. Strong communication skills, a good work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting are key qualities we seek. You must be of legal drinking age and have or be willing to obtain relevant permits or certifications.
