We are a cafe located a block from the water in Pacific Beach offering delicious craft coffee and fresh eats.
We've been open over 3 years and are looking to add a new barista to our small crew.
Our baristas are required to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, educate customers on our drink and food menu, make recommendations based on their preferences, up-sell, greet customers as they enter, and take orders.
What we're looking for in an ideal candidate:
-Prior barista experience
-Prior customer service experience
-Multitasker
-Self motivator
-Organized
-Passion for making coffee
-Works well under pressure
Weekend availability is a must
We are open seven days a week from 6:30am-2:00pm
We are a small crew and are looking for the right people that will vibe with us and come in ready to work!
