Old Town Restaurant is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team!
This is a full-time position that pays $16.85 per hour + tips.
Candidates must have open flexibility and must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Must have 2-year customer service and bartending experience.
Have CA Food handlers and Alcohol Training.
Job Duties:
Greet the guests, take beverage orders and prepare drinks.
Follow standard operating procedures for bartenders.
Answer restaurant calls as needed.
Upsell beverages.
Mix and sever wine, beer and cocktails.
Knowledge of drink recipes and measuring systems.
Ensure bar area is fully stocked.
Maintain clean working areas.
Responsible for receiving all payments and proper cash handling and CC.
Perform necessary opening/closing and side work duties.
Follow supervisor's instructions and perform other duties as directed or assigned.
Be a team player and encourage team work attitude.
