BARTENDER Job Description

An appreciation for well-made drinks and a desire to explore the craft of bartending is a must.
Responsibilities
Prepare beverages for bar and restaurant patrons while controlling pour costs
Interact with customers and make recommendations based on preferences
Check identification and verify age requirements
Maintain the cleanliness of the bar and restock inventory as needed
Keep a pulse on trends in the beverage industry
Requirements
At least 1 year of proven experience as a bartender
Understanding of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Excellent cash handling skills
Fantastic interpersonal skills
Warm, friendly, outgoing personality
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
LEAD COOK Job Description
Lead Cooks need experience an experienced cooking skills. Follow menu recipes and prepare ordered items in a timely manner. Show excellent organizational skills in the kitchen and BOH.
Responsibilities
Minimize waste and maximize cost/production ratio
Have thorough knowledge of menus and the preparation
Ensure food is stored appropriately to prevent spoilage
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen
Cook and prepare meals
Measure ingredients and seasonings
