Casa Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant in Old Town is seeking Bartenders who are available for PM shifts to include weekends, holidays, especially Sunday.
We are in search of those talented few who have a Dynamic Personality, and a Passion for service; who will serve our customers and not merely take orders. Must have excellent customer service skills.
As a Bartender you will be responsible for greeting customers, taking drink/food orders, mixing ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and sugar to prepare cocktails and other drinks, as well as serving wine, beer and other beverages, and completing transactions; communicating ticket times and potential problems to the manager on duty and the servers as necessary; providing the highest quality of service to both internal and external customers at all times.
BARTENDERS need at least 2 years experience as a bartender, behind a full bar in a high volume or fast paced casual dining restaurant environment. Must know how to mix drinks (some knowledge of mixology, wine and beer knowledge) and have a comprehension of the Responsible Alcohol and Beverage principles.
REQUIRED:
Food Handler Card. If you do not have one then upon hire you will be given a prepaid code to obtain food handler certification
BARTENDERS are required by the State of California to have Responsible Alcohol and Beverage licensing
