Applicant must have:
A MINIMUM of 4 years experience bartending in an upscale restaurant
A great knowledge of wine and spirits
The ability to multi-task, working a busy well while also serving guests
Strong communication and organizational skills
The ability to take direction and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
