Breakfast Room Attendant Job Summary:
Ensure each guest of the most pleasant and enjoyable dining experience by offering the best possible service.
Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain good personal appearance at all times; wear proper uniform and name tag as prescribed by hotel. Greet all arriving guests in the breakfast room in a pleasant manner, making them feel welcome. Ensure that all newly seated guests receive immediate attention. Be sure the quality and appearance of the food meets hotel's standards. Keep the breakfast room clean and set up with the required supplies at all times. Check the cleaning frequency chart and do the required cleaning each day. Make sure that tables are cleaned properly. When departing, thank the guest, and ask him or her to come back again.
Shift starts at 7:00 AM. Must be dependable, friendly and an outgoing personality. Bi-lingual preferable.
