Broken Yolk Cafe is looking for skilled Cooks to prepare delicious meals according to menu. You will cook dishes that will delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery. An excellent cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals.
Responsibilities/Skills:
-Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
-Preparing ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
-Cooking food in various utensils or griller
-Taking orders from wait staff or computerized system
-Cooking order according to food health and safety standards
-Monitoring multiple food orders as new orders arrive
-Dressing order for presentation
-Ensuring each guest order has the correct food and sides
-Storing all food properly
-Executes cold food production in accordance with standards of plating guide specifications
-Places and expedites orders
-Attends to the detail and presentation of each order
-Check quality of ingredients
-Ability to work in a team
