We are a premier fine dining restaurant seeking a detail-oriented and energetic "Back Waiter" to join our exceptional team. If you have a passion for hospitality, in an upscale environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Clear and reset tables between courses and after guest departure.
- Ensure that tables are properly set and maintained throughout service.
- Provide water service and refill beverages as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and back-of-house stations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
- Uphold the high standards of service expected in a fine dining environment.
Qualifications: Prior experience in a restaurant, preferably in fine dining (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a willingness to learn.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
