Fast paced Italian restaurant is hiring servers and a shift lead.
Servers: Must have a minimum of 4 years serving experience. Looking for candidates that are positive and outgoing, that can hustle and thrive in a fast past environment. Servers who understand that a smile is a part of the uniform. Pre-bussing and boxing up leftovers is required and adds to the guests experience. The ability to take 7 to 10 tables and feel comfortable taking large parties. Evenings and weekends are required. Pay is 16.85 plus tip
Cashier/Shift Lead: Must have a minimum of 3 years cashier experience in a leadership position.
Responsibilities:
-You will be responsible for greeting guests with a smile. Ability to run cash register and to count back change. Take to go orders over the phone and in person. Learning full scope of the menu. Check orders for accuracy. Engage with customers to ensure they are enjoying their experience and our service and the ability to turn around a negative situation.
-Sidework is a must. Keeping the dining area and FOH organized, stocked and clean.
- Ability to guide and teach coworkers.
- Closing duties 3 nights a week includes balancing the register and overseeing staff when manager is not present.
- Evenings and weekends are required. We only close on Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter, so other Holidays you
maybe required to work.
