Panchita’s Kitchen & Bakery in North Park, San Diego is looking for a new customer service representative / cashier to join our team.
This is a full-time position with consistent hours (30-35 hours per week).
We are open mornings only.
Work hours between: 7:30 am - 2:30 pm.
Schedule will include Saturday and Sunday.
The ideal candidate will:
have excellent customer service.
Have a solid understanding money handling.
Have a good attitude (Happy & Polite people only).
Work clean and accurately at a fast pace under pressure.
Work well with others as part of a small team.
Be ready to work at any station as needed including Front Counter and Drive-Thru.
Be able to show up to work consistently.
Have open availability.
Job includes:
Customer Service, Cashiering, Food Running, Cleaning Equipment, Floor Moping, Stocking, and any other front of house related tasks as needed.
Starting Pay: $17.25 - $19.00 per hour plus about $3 per hour extra in tips.
Pay Raises available after Learning the menu and proving your ability and value.
