Shifts are Sat-Wed 7am-2pm (may vary upon business levels)

Responsibilities include:
Cleaning: Washing dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and other kitchenware by hand or in a dishwasher
Sanitizing: Ensuring dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly sanitized
Stocking: Restocking serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other areas with dishes and utensils
Trash removal: Emptying trash receptacles and cleaning kitchen garbage containers
Sweeping and mopping: Cleaning kitchen floors and storage areas
Operating machinery: Loading and unloading washing machines, and maintaining the correct water temperatures and cleaning agents
Assisting with food preparation: Chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, or portioning ingredients
Maintaining cleanliness: Ensuring work areas are safe, clean, and orderly
Following guidelines: Adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation
Dishwashers should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work in hot and damp environments, and respond to emergency situations. They should also be detail-oriented, hardworking, efficient, a team player, reliable, and adaptable.
