Job Title: Dishwasher / Busser
Job Description:
Jaguar Paw is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser who thrives in a team-centered environment. This role is perfect for someone with a great attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to support our team in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. You'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in our small, cozy bar and assisting the bartending and serving team as needed. At Jaguar Paw, we operate with a tip-pooling system, so all team members support each other and share in the rewards.
THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY - 7pm-12:00am (5 hour shifts)
Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and small plates used for our tapas.
Maintain a clean, organized dishwashing area and ensure all items are restocked as needed.
Bus tables and clear dishes in a timely and efficient manner to keep the atmosphere inviting for guests.
Assist with light cleaning tasks throughout the bar, such as wiping tables, taking out trash, and sweeping.
Support the bartending and serving team by running items, clearing tables, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy environment by following all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a dishwasher or busser preferred but not required.
Strong work ethic, with a willingness to pitch in and help teammates.
Good physical stamina, able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Team player with a positive attitude and reliability.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
