Krispy Kreme is looking for a GREAT team for our GRAND REOPENING in Carmel Mountain!
Available Positions:
- Doughnut Specialist / Cashier
- Doughnut Decorator
- Doughnut Maker (Cook / Baker)
Pay: $20-21 per hour
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Carmel Mountain Ranch (11050 Rancho Carmel Dr, San Diego, CA 92128) < Grand Reopening!
Required:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Doughnut Specialists must be at least 16 years old.
- Must be able to lift up to 25-50 pounds.
- Must be able to handle doughnuts gently so they stay beautiful.
- Doughnut Makers must have Cook, Baker, or Decorator experience in a restaurant or bakery environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work a full-time schedule.

- Doughnut Specialist: If you love spreading joy, then this position is for you! Our Doughnut Specialists are the face of Krispy Kreme in our shops. You will get to enjoy interactions with our customers and inspire customer wonder by serving them our delectable doughnuts. Doughnut Specialist also ensure that our stores are well-ordered and inviting.
- Doughnut Decorator: You’ll inspire customer wonder by inspecting our doughnuts to make sure they meet all our quality and food safety standards before packing them up gently for their journey to grocery shelves. You’ll also add filling, icing and other toppings like sprinkles to make them look and taste delicious. You’ll help clean and maintain the work area, so it stays safe and sanitary. You’ll also learn all about how our doughnuts are made and how to operate the equipment. You’ll check labeling of our packages and help in other ways when asked by your leader
Doughnut Maker: The Doughnut Maker is responsible for preparing all products to a level that meets Krispy Kreme standards and in turn, satisfying the customer. This includes preparing the dough, the yeast brew, the glaze and all those yummy fillings.
