Events Manager
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating seamless, successful events? We are seeking an Events Night Manager to oversee the evening operations of our high-end estate venue.
This role acts as the face of our brand during events, ensuring every detail aligns with our standards of excellence.
Position Details:
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 4 PM to 12 AM (part-time). Opportunity for full-time employment for the right candidate.
Location: Jeune Perché, Fallbrook/Oceanside.
Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:
Overseeing the transition between the event setup crew and the event start.
Managing the interfaces between the client, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the event.
Ensuring all parties adhere to the limitations of their event agreement.
Serving as the point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff during the event, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
Maintaining the integrity of the venue’s operations and brand standards during all activities.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple moving parts under time-sensitive conditions.
Experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
