Interviewing for an Executive Bakery Position
We are seeking a creative professionally trained lead baker with pastry chef experience to head
up an existing team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, passionate with a
strong work ethic who wants to take their career to the next level.
Our location is a full-service bakery with adjacent café/bistro in Coronado. The current
opportunity is for the bakery but if you are passionate about food and creative with a menu
we’d be interested in hearing more.
Administrative operational requirements include but are not limited to scheduling, ordering,
inventory, maintaining food and labor costs, bake off and production, and research and
development of product lines.
Strong leadership skills and emotional self-awareness are key
Adherence to policies, standard operating procedures and human resources
requirements
Maintaining and supporting a positive safe environment
Follow all environmental health guidelines per San Diego County
Serve Safe course will be required
Stand for long periods of time, bend, and lift 50 lbs.
Flexible availability, weekends and holidays are expected
